Exposure to chlorine or saltwater can also strip the treatments faster, so we suggest applying a leave-in protectant before swimming.
Can I get a color service and a treatment on the same day?
Yes! In fact, many clients prefer to do both at once. If you are receiving a Base Color or Highlights, we generally perform the color service first and then follow with the treatment. The treatment helps seal in the new color, adding an incredible level of shine and helping to prevent the color from fading.
How do I know which hair length category my hair falls into?
For pricing and timing accuracy, we categorize hair by inches:
Short: Shoulder length or less (≤ 10 inches).
Medium: Past the shoulder to the top of the shoulder blades (up to 14 inches).
Long: To the mid-back (up to 18 inches).
Extra Long: Anything past 18 inches.
